"Good, clean and comfortable room and hotel at reasonable price and very close to central station, dining options and city centre. Be aware that building work being carried out around (and perhaps to) the hotel, Rotterdam appaeras to be never finished and building work everywhere but still a graet location"

"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

"My stay was just an overnight stop - but I can recommend this hotel for having comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries & welcoming staff. One important thing to note, especially if you are traveling with kids, is that car parking is in the residential streets around the hotel. This is free of charge after 21:00h and before 09:00h the next day - but I arrived just before 22:00h and had to park about 0.6 mile away. The weather was fine... but, on a rainy/cold night, this wouldn't be...

"Urban Residents is a gem in the heart of Rotterdam. Huge apartments with floor to ceiling windows plus balcony. Kitchen was fully functional with top of the line appliances. I will definitely stay at Urban Residents again. Tons of shopping and dining options in walking distance."
