"The apartment itself was fine . The issue was the noise we experienced from early morning to 8pm right outside our door. When we enquired about it stopping we were told it’s the law they can work until 8pm. Have stayed in a number of Grano apartments in Gdańsk. This was the worst primarily the building is having work done it is not finished. "I booked an apartment for 2 people for 4 nights in July 2025. When we arrived there were only two small towels, out of which one was used (wet and with a large yellowish stain). Also, there was no hairdryer in the apartment. They brought both large and small clean towels and a hairdryer when we asked for them, but they didn't answer the chat and took forever to pick up the phone. Overall an acceptable experience, however cleanliness and communications could be better."
