"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊 "
