They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. "We had a wonderful stay at Riki Balance Hotel and felt it offered great value, especially for a lake view room. The hotel is one of the highest in the area, which means the lake views are completely unobstructed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Our kids had an amazing time with the pools and waterslide, which were definitely highlights of the trip. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. A special thank you to Surya at the breakfast station. He was incredibly friendly and helpful when preparing custom omelets and waffles each morning. His warm service made our breakfasts even more enjoyable, and we hope to return someday and see him again. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, family friendly amenities, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return."
