The service was world class and very detailed, turn down service with chocolates and other details. The views from the room were amazing it made it a place I would definitely return to. The staff was very professional, we were greeted at the car and walked in and taken to our room, showed everything in the room and explained all of the things about the hotel. Very detailed and professional!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Europa Palace. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over the Bay of Naples — absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. A fantastic place to stay, great location and highly recommended."

"First of all the staff were always polite and extremely helpful. The front desk people booked an excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat at our request with pick up at our marina. Asking them for help with any excursions is a smart move. The breakfast was nicer than anticipated and the serving staff cheerful. Housekeeping staff cleaned our outdoor floor and furniture (bird droppings) everyday. Our view was spectacular and we listened to the surf day and night. This made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is right off the water and the main road is several hundred meters above. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was a nice touch. They also pick you up and drive you to the metro bus stop from the hotel entrance."
