If you’re thinking about staying here, I would definitely recommend this place. The staff were awesome and we’re very helpful. The breakfast was delicious as well. The building and rooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful spot. Immaculately clean and a nice pleasant and relaxing vibe. You can’t beat the location just a short walk to the town square where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options. Anna was particularly friendly and helpful. I recommend.

I stayed in 3 hotels while I was in Italy including The Grand Hotel Royal which is a 5 star hotel and this place was the best hotel of the 3. The staff is amazing and it feels like a family run business because they all genuinely care. I was very pleased with our stay and the rooms were very nice and modern.

Very clean place! Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was awesome and served very formally! They held our luggage for free for about 8 hours after we checked out!

The rooms were laid out well. The staff was exceptional except for a very late limo driver that took over 2 1/2 hours to reach us at the Naples train station. Staff was very nice and helpful with bags check out, etc. which was important because the stairs leading to the room suites.

The hotel was clean and centrally located in the middle of town. Walking distance to the main shopping area and to the harbor. For one night stay it was enough and the breakfast was very good. Parking is tricky and the elevator holds 2 people. Unfortunately, were we not told this and were stuck in the elevator until the night manager assisted us out (a little stressful!!).

Nice hotel in a great location with a very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was very nice although a bit small, but the attached balcony, overlooking the garden, was wonderful. The included breakfast was very good, but did not have any hot dishes.
