Fantastic service from the owner,Allesandro and his wife. They helped us with transport to and from Sorrento and to Naples' museum. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They treat you like family. We 100% recommend this hotel

Nice hotel in a great location with a very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was very nice although a bit small, but the attached balcony, overlooking the garden, was wonderful. The included breakfast was very good, but did not have any hot dishes.

The staff was great. Roberta and another lady (front desk) and Anna (Breakfast) were exceptional and very accommodating. Location can't be beat. Clean property. Only downside is no elevator from ground to first floor, so have to work the luggage, but staff helped with it. Would definitely recommend it.

The service provided by the staff was great. They made you feel like they knew you and truly cared about your experience. We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make it right. The location of the hotel was great - we loved being close to the nightlife of shopping and dining in Sorrento. There weren’t any hot options for breakfast which my teenagers noted and didn’t like much, though it didn’t bother me as much because I knew I’d be eating so much the rest of the day ;)

Anna and Roberta, the two ladies who worked the reception were delightful, very friendly and extremely helpful, an absolute bonus to the hotel. They both contacted me before our arrival to offer assistance on our travel arrangements nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fairly basic and if you didn’t get there early enough there was little left but it was fine and the restaurant was cute if a little small. The whole property was spotless and always smelt amazing. Our room was a great size with a little balcony. The location of hotel was perfect, being close to the station and shops and restaurants. We would definitely return and definitely recommend.
