"We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing stay for us. Overall it was waste of money and time. We didn’t even stay there and left the place "

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place. "the property is old, but very peaceful. There are so many flowers all around. They could a li'l bit redesign the property and there is no smart tv, However the staffs are veryfriendly and polite."
