"Ja, mir ist klar, dass das ein Low-Budget-Hotel ist. Aber allein die Situation mit dem Reinigungsservice: Man muss über einen QR-Code die Reinigung bestellen. Das finde ich sehr aufwendig.
Außerdem, obwohl unser Check-Out um 12 Uhr war, fingen die Mitarbeiter schon um 9 Uhr an, an der Tür zu klopfen, ob wir schon ausgecheckt sind, und dann wirklich jede Stunde standen die da und stressten uns. "

"On this one you’re paying strictly for the location. First room I was in smelled funny had to move to another room. The air conditioner didn’t work in that room had to move to a third room unfortunately bottled water is $5.50 inside the room. Laundry on site was &12.00. It’s definitely a location event but not bad"

"GOOD... Clean and convenient.
BAD their ac was not working. So I struggled with it despite the technician who came in late night and assured me he fixed it and it'll be ok in 30min
UGLY the refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night. I unfortunately didn't realise it early enough, until when. I was about to checkout and some temperature sensitive medicine vials that I had in the fridge were found to beat room temperature."

"Mussten dreimal das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Klimaanlage in keinem der Zimmer funktioniert hat.
Im letzten hat sie auch nicht funktioniert aber mindestens Geräusche gemacht. Damit war das Personal zufrieden gestellt. Die Lösung war dann auch noch einen neun Euro Ventilator neben das Bett zu stellen. Katastrophale Aufenthalt nie wieder."

"This was not among the top Holiday Inn Express locations I have stayed at. The air conditioning did not work well and the room was too warm for comfortable sleeping. Parking was 20 Euros a night extra; the hotel shuttle was 10 Euros a person. The staff was pleasant and the location is good for easy airport access. The price is lower than most of the alternatives. I probably would not choose it again."

"Convenient location to airport. Excellent breakfast. Very clean. A/C was not working and this building is built like a greenhouse, so 30 degree weather was unbearable. Staff quick to send up a fan, but was not enough to allow for a great night sleep. Staff excellent."

"Our room at Staycity aparthotels was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have enough cutlery, bowls, plates, and cups for four people in our room which we booked for four people, because it was lacking. Other than that, no complaints. It's also very close to the airport in a nice area of the city. A convenience store and a few nice restaurants are close by."

"The hotel was centrally located and in a safe area. Front desk staff Christina and her associate (both from Greece originally) were super helpful in assisting us to rent an umbrella and get us on the correct train to Dachau! They were also very friendly! Elena in the dining room welcomed us with complimentary coffee and pastries as we had spent the better part of the day traveling from USA and were exhausted. The air conditioning was good and the bed comfy! Enjoyed delicious dinner in the dining...
