Hotel is beautiful lovely clean room. Staff in the restaurant were not very friendly whatsoever and can’t just buy a coffee at breakfast time and sit in your hotel without paying for a full breakfast buffet which we found really inconsiderate. Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.
