"Absolutely loved my stay here- I stayed 10 days on my first trip to Cape Town. This hotel is a walking distance or short Uber ride to lots of attractions like BoKaap, v&a waterfront, district 6 museum, castle of good hope and also a short walk to the main train/bus station. "Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. We were able to shower at their sister hotel at 2200 after inquiry. Power finally back on at 2300. We moved rooms the following day for our separate booking. Although the staff...
