"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened.
