"I am not happy for what I paid. They don’t even give you a bottle of water. I waited about 30 minutes for shampoo to be delivered to the room. Asked for late check out and they did not wanted to give me the option. Asked for beach towels and they do not provide it either. The floor is broken in the reception, when you walk in is the first thing you see. I expected a better looking place and better service for the amount of money changed. "

"*AVIOD AT ALL COSTS* The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years and they should feel very disgraced: - POWER WENT OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR 6 HOURS EACH TIME, AND THE HOTEL SAID ITS NOT THEIR FAULT WITH NO REFUNDS. SAT IN PITCH DARK WITH NO AC, WIFI, ELEVATOR ACCESS, ABILITY TO CHARGE ANYTHING, ETC. - Killed a bug in the shower - Shower handle fell off multiple times, bathroom is tiny - Walls are so thin, you’ll be up all night from people going in and out - You can’t eat anything with all the pigeons everywhere. Girlfriend refused to eat after the first day - Ruined entire trip after being woke up to madness the first night the power went out and continued to go out throughout the trip - Tiny concrete pool area that is packed all day so you can’t use it - Room got drenched from the fridge / freezer when power went out, ruined my fruit Just absolutely ruined my trip to Miami that I looked forward to for many months. Will continue to alert as many that I can. Disgraceful."

"Not as clean as when i visited before, carpet should be either cleaned or completely replaced. The elevators were out of service so i had to take the stairs up to my room with heavy luggage, room had a moldy smell, no ice other vending machines available . Entrance way was extremely slippery almost fell a few times due to the tiles and heavy rain."

"Service 0 / elevator not working / alarm is going on without them fixing it. I asked the hotel for anything the didnt have it."
