"Lots of free and easy parking in nice grounds. Check in was well managed and the introduction to the room was very good. There are 2 dining areas, both offering good food choices and lots of outdoor seating in the Spa bar. Room is well equipped with a large bathroom with large bath and over bath shower. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly"

Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising.

"I had a really pleasant stay at The Ship. The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials.
