"Clean spacious room . Great staff "

"Towels and bedding clean. Carpet old. Pillows were small 12”x12” cubes and only 2 per bed. Outlet covers hanging off of walls. Breakfast options were coffee and waffles. Halls had clouds of pot so strong they burned our eyes."

"I was not happy with my family's stay at this hotel. I booked it due to great reviews & seemingly new hotel, but it was deceiving. Our room was not clean, plus other things. The "pull out bed" was disgusting, white and brown stains. Our bed sheets had small hairs on them and stains. The wall had dirty, drippy stuff running down by the window. Lastly, there was no hot water. Our room came with only 2 towels and 2 wash rags. I went to request more towels around 9pm, and was told to come back in an...
