"Amtrak was delayed so we arrived in town after 2a.m. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel employee was sleep with a comforter covering her and her feet kicked up. I mean knocked out! She looked disoriented when I eventually was able to gain her attention. We were eventually buzzed in. The amount of times she yawned had me hysterically laughing internally. You're at work... I wasn't impressed with the surrounding neighborhood nor the unprofessional first impression when entering the property. The hotel was quiet and larger than expected. The room was as advertised. The sheets appeared clean with minor stains. No itching so I'm assuming they were clean. The property was quite outdated. We slept well I must say. The room was a bit dusty and needed a one time go over with some disinfectant wipes. "

"I reserved this room on Expedia but paid for it on site. We got to the room and there were roaches, the wash cloths and towels were badly stained, we found 6 bedbugs and turned right around to ask for our money back..Manager refused to come to the property and said they can't refund my money. I will not be using Expedia again. That was 2 hotels in 2 days that I could not get my money back for. And their conditions were deplorable."
