"There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund."

"The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

"The tv didn’t work at all. There was trash in the halls, a half drank water in the fridge and a sock from the guests before on the floor, in the middle of the room. This was the most, un-clean I’ve ever felt and I would have felt better off in my car! However the AC did work, so there was that. However - charging the prices they do for this hotel, and the AI check in process - it’s not worth it at all. You’ll regret it as the photos make it look much better than it is."
