"When I check in the room smelled like urine, I asked to be change the seconf room smellef musty. The real horrors were the beds they were so uncomfortable, yo sink in the middle like in a hole, my back hurts. The bathroom soap was really the one cheap that I needed to buy 😩 I mean I understand I paid 100 but even in miami a 80 dollars hilton gives better hotels. For sure that was a bad experience "

"What makes this great hotel even better is the excellent staff, especially Andrew, the manager. Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. "Upon check-in, our room REEKED of urine. It was so bad that we had to purchase air fresheners to make the room habitable for ONE NIGHT. We were booked for THREE.
Upon notifying the front desk, they were very nice and advised that they would have house keeping do a deep cleaning while we were aware during the day time. Upon return, the room did smell more clean; however, by nightfall the odor returned. My daughters and I stayed for ONE night, because it was late.

" Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here."
