"They need more lite food at the bar in the evening. French fries, chicken fingers. Popcorn. Buffalo wings. Items like that then the place would be perfect."
"Customer service -- from the two staff members with whom I interacted -- was friendly and cooperative. Our beds were clean and comfortable. === But: General maintenance in this motel is poor. The refrigerator in our first guest room was smelly, moldy, and didn't seem to be functioning. We were promptly given another guest room, and it smelled funny . . . Sort of like vomit. The area behind the toilet in our second guest room really needed a good cleaning. One of the towels in our second guest room was visibly very dirty and stained, and when I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk -- politely -- he actually didn't know what to do about it, so I had to ASK HIM for another towel. Many of the doors and hand-railings throughout the motel -- as well as light switches and other high-contact areas -- are quite dirty and need a good washing. The "paint repairs" on many of the doors in the building are super-messy, as if they were painted by a blindfolded four-year old; there was no pride involved. I just don't understand some of the thinking involved here. === I have stayed at this motel quite a few times over the last 19 years; it was a dump for a while, but then new management new took over and completed a lot of important updates. A few years ago, the motel was again taken over by new management, and maintenance is simply not going in the right direction . . . I worry that they're going to let the place go down the tubes again. :-( "
"Parking was easy and plenty. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was great! This is my second stay and I would definitely stay again. The views over the River were great! I love Bath!"
"Good enough but the beds and bedding felt like they were made from plastic, not comfortable beds. Breakfast and coffee were not very good either. But it worked for an inexpensive and easily located room. Staff were friendly. It was quiet. Parking was plenty."
