She hit the counter and fell on the floor and the attendant behind the counter was on his phone like nothing happened! Luckily she wasn’t seriously hurt. "

When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street at a Hilton (no issues) but I drove by the blue way in and it was definitely closed. The "

"The maids deserve the biggest compliment! For how outdated and gross the overall hotel was, the maids did the best they could with what they were given. But the hotel is due for a remodel. It works if you need cheap! "

"Clean room. Comfy bed, however the sheets appeared older. A window pane was cracked but never interfered with our stat. I let the staff know. Your staff is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them! Very clean hotel and great price. Thank you."

"There was a very strong air freshener smell when entering the building as well as in the room. The floor in the lobby and in the bathroom in the room was very sticky. Your shoes stuck when you walked. There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower on the days we were there. There was hot water in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. We would not choose this location again due to the strong odor of air freshener. It was nauseating. And not having hot water available at the customers need was not acceptable. There was no one ever available at the front desk to talk this over with. "
