"The property was in terrible condition. The pillows and linens were old. The elevator was out of service for our entire visit. The heater was old and LOUD. It would kick on multiple times a night and wake me up. We barely had hot water to take a shower. The water pressure was terrible. I ended up going to the rec center to take a shower because of the water issue. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. They had Captain Crunch and warm milk. The coffee tasted like tar. I brought my concerns to the front desk, but nothing was done. They said since I booked through a 3rd party, there wasn't anything they could do. I was VERY disappointed, and I will not be returning. "
"Hotel was unfriendly and the conditions of the hotel were poor. We had holes in our walls and our room wasn’t very clean— dust on top of surfaces etc… our shower head was also very poor. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee didn’t work, juice didn’t work and the food was cold.
