"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall."

"Basic hotel - okay for a night's stay. Would be good if they offer a bottle of water at check-in and tea/coffee maker in the room."

"The room was great, breakfast was as expected, everything was clean and well stocked. Check-in took awhile. The front-desk lady seemed a little frazzled and appeared to to be struggling with the computer system, but eventually we got our keycards. Holiday Inn Express is our favorite one-night hotel to stay at when we are on road trips due to consistent experience and good value."

"Not to go for family, not to go for anybody, I would not recommend. It was a total waste of money. I checked in, the hotel was in such a shape that I just put my bags and left the place until next day just to pick my bag and checkout. I couldn't stay there for a minute as well."

"Clean room & good staff. I liked the location, but some people may not like the trains going by. My only complaint was the noise from the room Nextdoor. The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. I’m unsure how she was going to get in there if we hadn’t passed…. When we pointed out that we had not received exemplary service, we received two coupons for...

"This was a great place to stay and the location is excellent too. The gym is above and beyond and the roof views are an extra too. The room Was spacious and the bedrooms aren’t back to back which is beneficial too. The staff was courteous and we had no issues. The parking can be tight and the exit a bit disconcerting because it’s narrow and windy. They validate parking so it’s not a cost each and every time you enter and exit. Etage was nice and we would stay again. "
