"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"This was an extremely peaceful resort that was friendly to a first time Onsen user. The views of Osaka were beautiful, the breakfast was timely and delicious, and there were complimentary drinks including fresh juice and wine. "Great experience! Impressed by the facility and services by the staffs. We arrived Arima Onsen by bus, I happen to saw the hotel bus was outside, and the staff was so pleasant to pick us up. By the way, bus station and nearby tourist information center all provides free call service for you to request hotel pick up. "Far walk for us and dinner is exotic and different. But absolutely beautiful place. Clean and amazing private onsen. We loved the gift shop and they gave us robes to use. Breakfast buffet excellent. Overall wonderful visit, would recommend and wish i can go again someday. "
