"Customer service was terrible. Do not opt to pay extra for early check-in or check-out. Staff was both unaware and unwilling to help with this matter. Paid an additional $11 fee for no reason. Got charged an additional $42 by the hotel with no indication of what it was for. "

"I very much enjoyed my time in this trip, front desk lady was very helpful & nice. We were able to check in two hours ahead of time which was really convenient considering we were there since 8AM. The Bar & grill were a cherry on top, we didnf have to go far for food & the burgers were really good, especially the fries!! Also their Micheladas are really good & at a really good price. Ambience was great, saturday live music was great!!"

"We came into our original room and was highly disappointed, lots of flaws on actual property that was not advertised so we were not happy. First room was not cleaned properly whole entire room, on top of that a/c unit didn’t work in this room or the next one. They did move us to another room and which was a bit cleaner but then the door didn’t lock and that was a safety concern for us. The maintenance people did come and work on it as soon as we addressed it. A/C unit also did not work in this room the heat nor air so during the day the air was very moist and it got very warm in the room. It would be like we are just sitting in there chilling on the beds and it felt almost as if it rained in there how moist it was. "

"My wife asked the host if there were any other handicap spots available and the host replied park in one of the electric spots. When I was moving the truck a rude GM, as a passenger, pulled up in a Ford Lighting. He didn’t ask about what we were doing and we had to get out of that spot. Once he settled down my wife explained the situation to him. He then agreed to let us park there Clean room A Gym A Restaurants A"

"Internet okay. Our room smelled musty. It was spring break so getting soiled towels pick up and clean ones left we had to keep asking. Door locks need to be replaced which will be happening soon. Got locked out a couple of times. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was good. They need to put felts on the bottom of their chairs. You can hear them being pulled in and out from other rooms. "
