"The hotel was okay. Not the nicest Mariott I’ve stayed at but not the worst. Pool was not open due to remodeling. I’m sure I just missed that when booking. Didn’t have enough towels or blankets. Took forever for them to get them to us. Staff was not super pleasant."

"The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean, and located in a convenient area. My only issue is it states the check in time was 4PM and I had arrived there a little after 4, my room wasn't ready which was a disappointment as I'd been traveling most of the day and wanted to get to my room to relax. I was issued a voucher for a beverage and complimentary parking so I was told that wasn't really complimentary. Probably would not stay here again"

"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also.
