"The hotel was beautiful. Very nice and clean with a nice view of the skyline from my room window.
The staff on the other had was not very good at all. Starting with the shuttle driver. He was very rude and he drove very reckless to the point that I was afraid that we were going to crash. Once we got to the hotel, he was cursing at someone who was parked in front of the hotel door. Im assuming that the spot they were parked in was the spot that he was supposed to park in so that he could let us all out of the shuttle but there are ways to handle situations and the way he chose to handle it just wasn't appropriate in my opinion at all.. He laid on his horn and just started cursing at the driver of the other vehicle. He showed no professionalism, no courtesy, he had no shame in his actions whatsoever. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day or if he is like that on a regular basis but either way, his behavior was very unnecessary and very unacceptable.. I'll definitely visit the hotel again the next time im in town but I'll pay the money and catch an Uber instead of having to deal with someone who acts as if they hate their job."
