Why advertise heated pool if that's not what you are actually offering; just say there is a pool like other ads that actually tell you there will be an additional fee. "The room was clean but the first room smelled like someone had just lit a cigarette in it. Awful. I got a new room. Great. The WiFi code is printed on a card as a “1” instead of ! and it’s a known issue that hasn’t been resolved and the front desk wasn’t helpful until I went up and talked to a new person who told me and then I was able to get on. Not great customer service for sure."

"Second stay here and a very nice hotel for the price. Have not used the pool yet but looks great. Only complaint and it is a big one is housekeeping was way to loud starting at 8:30 or so. Way too loud with their talking outside the rooms and their carts really rumble on the second floor. A hotel is a place to sleep and some people like to sleep in. They should be more mindful of that."

"The room was not what we expected. We were told the room would have bunk beds. The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and be careful that they take the tip out for you. The park was awesome; the kids absolutely had a great time in the pool and other waterpark fun. I paid extra money that doesn't really include that much, the 130.00 package isn't worth it imo."
