"Room A was fine with quirky gadgets, jacuzzi bath was a hit, bed was comfortable. However the overall cleanliness of the room, especially the floor, and around bedside tables was dusty with bits of debris on the floor. Myself and my partner had no sleep at all! This was due to the excessive noise from other residents, especially the couple staying in room B, who spent most the night arguing, and constant coming and going. The smell of cigarette smoke outside was constant. I also heard voices...

"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"

"Great location opposite a tram stop and close to Pleasure beach. Friendly staff and good sized rooms. Lift a little small, but managed to get one wheelchair and carer in and up to second floor."
