A large hotel with rooms in many blocks of only 2 storeys but opposite a great dining & shopping area, plenty of parking & great beach frontage

the hotel was amazing. such a beautiful location, amazing staff and tasty food whether you order from the poolside bar or the main restaurant. you need a car to get around Kauai, and so my only bugbear was mandatory valet parking, as we didn't always have small bills for tipping. it would be nice to be able to park your own car. Especially if you do multiple trips a day. but overall an amazing hotel

Such a beautiful hotel check in process was lovely, rooms interconnecting as requested, staff so absolutely lovely. The pool area is flawless - massive choice of pools, lovely warm water, good food and drink choice round the pool. Also open 24 hours so we went for a starlit float down the lazy river which was magic. I cannot recommend this resort enough. The condo is good sized with high end full size kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room opens on to a spacious balcony through openable doors with a view of lagoon and golf course. The fact that there is daily housekeeping is a huge plus. Estate is beautiful and close to ocean. Please bear in mind there is no beach at the hotel. Bikes are available to take, the first hour of which is free which is helpful to see the vast resort. We came just after the hurricane and the owner was so helpful as we had no power by cooking dinner for everyone on the first night and constantly making sure everyone’s phone was charged. Thank you so much!

Nice beach front resort. Rooms were very nice, balcony was very small. We especially liked the variation of seating around the pool area. Loved the fire pits and comfy chair options. The game room had some fun options for kids and adults to enjoy. Appreciated that the bar music and noise ended at a reasonable time to allow for good sleeping, since we overlooked the pool/bar. Beautiful resort with access straight onto the beach

The hotel is really pretty and modern throughout. They have rooms in two levels so very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. When we arrive there was a very arrogant and not helpful guy doing the check in. We felt that we were not welcome there but luckily a very kind lady apologized and gave us all the directions and informations we needed. Staff were very friendly. Good location. Room was clean and had good amenities. One point to improve on is better access to the beach.

Condo was a little bit dated and tired but perfectly clean and perfect for our needs. The additional resort fee costs for the WiFi/DVD's and overall community services was unexpected and would be better built into the total rental costs as we did not really get value for money. Nevertheless an enjoyable stay on a beautiful island.
