"I am not a hard to please person. Checked in at 9 PM at front desk. Individual who checked me in was very rude defensive and just not very accommodating . Kitchen faucet was broken, toilet leaked water all over the floor when you flushed it. Could hear guest jumping above into the night. Surprisingly staff did help me when I asked for a help getting TV to work kept being kind as possible. Price is right. Cleanliness was acceptable. If they could straighten out these issues, maybe I would make a return visit."

"We stayed here due to the access to the Braintree Logan Express, which was a 5 minute Uber ride away. We parked at the express, not at Sonesta. The hotel is grubby, smelly, and there were numerous people loitering outside the entrance which made us uneasy. There was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel which kept me up all night. Honestly it would be worth it to stay somewhere else and pay a bit more for comfort and safety. "

"Staff was less than helpful in a very stressful situation. We did not end up completing the check in process for a pre-paid room and was denied a refund. The room was booked for 2 nights for business travel. We will not be using Hotels.com or Best Western services again due to the handling of this situation."

"Exceptional room, staff & brunch! Also, free shuttle to train station, which we did not know about. Definitely recommend, if you’re okay staying 20 minutes south of Boston."
