During my four-night stay, my room was never cleaned or serviced once. Throughout the duration of my visit, I repeatedly contacted the front desk requesting housekeeping, as towels, trash, and general upkeep were becoming an issue. "Size of condo was very good and good contents such as full kitchen and washer/dryer (which is unusual and very welcome) but property feels old and a little remote (no staff on site) "

"Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays. "

"South Lake Chalet is walking distance from Heavenly Ski Lift (and casinos if that's your thing); also to the beach and to hiking. Both times we've stayed here, the fireplace was lit and the room heated, a welcoming touch on a winter's day and after a long drive, The room is clean, has real dishes, glasses and utensils; microwave and sink. Dog friendly. We'll be back and recommend highly."

"We upgradedo a suit and loved it. used the cloths dryer. took advantage to using shuttle bus to ski locations. delightful early bar use. had breakfast at Red Hut restaurant across the street, good food. around MMarina, loved the Argentinian empanada place, yummy!!! "
