"We stayed in The Flat. It was a great, spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The bathroom only had a shower but that was fine. There was a balcony as well with a chair. One bedroom had a king bed and the other was a queen bed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The manager on duty when we checked in was friendly. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay there!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Looks can be deceiving, I'll start off with that. The check in process was great and the staff was very nice at the start. I got my room and was about to get settled in but before I do anything I check the bed, I got pink eye once from a hotel bed so I always check it with a blacklight. I noticed some stuff on the bed and I asked to be moved. They were apologetic and moved me to a new room. Not trusting them at this point, I checked it and it was worse than the first. I brought them back to the room and showed them the room and they said "Well if your going to check with a blacklight, none of our rooms will be that clean." WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT??? None of your rooms will be clean? For those that don't know, a black light shows stains from bodily fluid and it glows different than the sheet color. This has to be the worst hotel that I have stayed in where not only do they not clean, but their staff doesn't care! They went to the laundry and got me a fresh set of sheets that were clean. I will never be going back to this hotel and I will be contacting Ramada Corporate about this. This is disgusting and they need to be retrained or shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Okay so first You will NEVER be treated better Staff throughout the entire hotel could not do enough to please Now try to get an inside room so that street noise doesn’t bother you It’s important to remember that this Hotel is well over 100 years old and so Keeping things authentic and accommodating everyone is a tall order. We will definitely be going back!"

"While the room itself was acceptable, I was disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned. Additionally, there was a significant issue with the shower, which resulted in water flooding the bathroom floor. I hope you will look into these maintenance and housekeeping concerns"

"The room was the worst I have ever seen. Look like they were using sheets from the other guest. As soon as I brought a sandwich in the room there were thousands of black ants that were aggressive all over the room. My clothes, my bed, on my body. I hope I don't get infected by these ants. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy."
