"We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all."

"We had a great stay as a family. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The separate kids’ sleeping area, divided by a curtain, gave everyone a bit of their own space, which worked really well for us. The hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic, making it easy to spend time by the sea. "Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful."

"Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should...

"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! "Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use."
