"I was happy with the room for the price. However The tv remote hardly worked. There were just 4 x teabags for two day stay, and just enough long life milk for just 2 x cuppas. No biscuits etc. Just the very basics. Staff at check it couldn't tell me about what amenities they had."

"The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year."

"No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again."

"The air conditioning & ceiling fan are both effective. It's very close to the Surfers Paradise tram stop. Good for a budget stay. "

"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! "
