"Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all. "Our deluxe garden view room was wonderful. No complaints. Spacious, clean and lots of storage. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The beach was just WOW! It truly was paradise at the pool and beach. Music selections were great and we appreciated happy hours bargains. Breakfast was outstanding. Truly can’t say enough positive things about this resort. Tawann was lovely as well as live music on the beach. Would have loved to stay longer. "
