"Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel...

Realität und Bilder auf den Buchungsplattformen habe nichts miteinander zu tun. Aussendusche und Duschbereich einfach nur alt und auch dreckig. "We stayed at a family deluxe room. Very comfortable with nice bathroom and balcony. Sheets and beds were ok. Breakfast was included in our stay, it offered good options locals and international with nice flavor k but no fresh juices. The personnel were always friendly, some could speak English better than others but always helpful. The restaurants offered good food and drinks options. The beach is great for small kids since it is pretty shallow. It is also famous to learn surfing"
