"This is an older property, the overall cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better. Did not get an opportunity to use the indoor pool but it did look well maintained and clean. The contact I had with the front desk was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful. Stayed in a King Studio/king, it had a balcony over looking the pool, which was a neat idea but if you like your quietness this isn’t going to be the room for you, lots of noise from people/kids enjoying the pool till 10 pm. Was gone from 9am to 3 pm and only thing done by housekeeping was clean towels and soap/shampoo placed in room. Bed left unmade and trash left in room. I was staying 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned and straightened up. Didn’t try the breakfast bar, but it appeared to be all out of box/carton foods warmed up. Overall for the money the accommodation were good. If you’re looking for luxury and new, look elsewhere."

"First night there was dirt and lots of black hair in one of the beds. I was very tired and had unpacked, so I just slept in the other bed. Next morning I saw the same in the sink. Also, the window shade didn’t come down all the way. The shower didn’t work right, but was good enough. Breakfast was adequate except the morning with the cheese omelets. They should have stuck to scrambled eggs. At the end, I got to go home a day early, but no refund, “special rate.” It looked like a newer hotel. "

"Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. Next day same car from the worker and her (husband?)were parked under overhead covering. Both looked like havent showers in a week or more. They also had a teenage son walking around lobby no shoes. Place was gross. Food was in a crockpot and no way i was eating any of that."
