"The fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. My husband had to run down to the front desk to get someone and when they came into our room they just ripped it off the wall and left. In the morning, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. When we went to the front desk to ask for a discount on the room or to checkout a day early, they were extremely unhelpful and seemed very unconcerned. They ended up offering us “free parking” but the parking gates hadn’t been working anyways… so basically offered us nothing."
