The whole facility was dirty, my room wouldn't unlock and no one could help me and there were weird smells. I ended up sleeping somewhere else for the night.

Our first impression of this property was absolutely shocking. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property had been neglected for a very long time. The front entrance was dirty, the stairs were filthy, the kitchen was unhygienic, and the toilets were in an appalling condition. Everywhere we looked, there was dirt, grime, and a complete lack of cleanliness. The room, kitchen, and bathrooms lacked even the most basic amenities. The walls were damp, the shower was broken, the wash basin was damaged, and the toilet floors were dirty and unsanitary. The entire property felt unhealthy and unsafe to live in. There was no visible sign of maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or proper management. It appeared that no effort had been made to ensure guests were provided with a clean, safe, and habitable environment. The conditions fell far below any reasonable standard of accommodation. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in during my life. The level of neglect and poor hygiene was unacceptable. I will be reporting these conditions to the local council and environmental health authorities for investigation. I strongly advise others to avoid this property until significant cleaning, repairs, and maintenance have been carried out.

The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.
