"A nice, clean, simple hotel with a fabulous staff! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, they made you feel at home. The breakfast and dinner were also lovely. A perfect stop before a cruise. "

"Such a cool place to stay with history tied to the Titanic. It was close to the port that our cruise left from. The pub below and the surrounding restaurants were all great as well! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. "

"Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money back from the booking as it really is not good enough for a guest room. "
"Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again."
"This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe."
