"Unfortunately, breakfast ends at 9 am on weekends. I think that is a little silly. When I came down around 8:45, there was almost no food. The breakfast staff told me that she normally quits cooking at 8:40 and it is first come first served but she would cook some more food just for me. I really appreciate her willingness as there were at least 10 travelers that came in after me. I think it would be a good idea to extend the breakfast to 9:30 or 10 on weekends. "

"I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price."

"Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. "Pro's: - Beds are comfy - Rooms are clean (but dated) - Lots of restaurants nearby - Outdoor pool (did not use but looked inviting. Cons: - Front desk staff are not pleasant. This was a big con for us. It takes nothing to smile and be friendly to guests. - Breakfast is not very good. - Can hear toilets flush in other rooms during the night, if youre a light sleeper, it can keep you/wake you up. - No water to drink. "My wife & I were traveling for business upon arrival we informed the front desk woman that we had our ESA dog with us for my wife’s anxiety & depression. She let us know that basically only service animals were allowed as well as had to be under 30lbs. Also that we had to pay $25. With our written documentation that we had in hand our ESA dog should be able to be housed for free as well as have no restrictions. With our dog being only 20lbs & very well trained she did allow us to all room but...

"There was a Semi truck parked on the street next to the parking lot, less than 100 ft from my room and it was idling all night! I contacted the office around midnight and she said that was the agreement, I don't think City of Prattville would allow overnight truck parking on a city street, that's what truck stops are for!"
