"Rooms never serviced. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Thin towels and only two per room. Cold breakfast from the buffet. Could do with having a drinks and snacks cabinet. Lumited cold drinks when resturant shut. Nothing around there shop wise. Bring supplies. On the plus the people at the desk were good. And walking distance to Orang-Utan, Sun Bear and RDC. Or 4 ringets in taxi, so cheap."

"De kamer is schoon. Maar het ruikt niet fris door het weer. Toen we in Sapa waren, regende het elke dag. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed."

"We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!"

"The spa was extremely noisy. all i could hear was kids screaming. but the staff was apologetic about the situation. the room offered no privacy, as anyone could look into our room from any side so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. `The food was excellent and the nature was pretty."
