"The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Pillows were nice and mattress I wish I had one at home. Staff were helpful with parking instructions and shuttle information. I did not have breakfast or go to the bar this trip but in the past time I have stayed there have not had anything bad to say about them. It always so convenient to stay at the Hilton Airport when having an early flight the next morning. I have been doing this for the past 10 plus years sometime twice a year. Thank you Hilton."

"The room itself was fine other than the deadbolt not working. I had to lodge a chair under the door. The hairdryer was super sticky. The hallways were not vacuumed, paint was peeling everywhere, the elevator sounded like it was going to plummet, there was a homeless person camped out in the stairwell, and they wouldn't allow me to fill up my water bottle with water from the breakfast area 10 minutes after breakfast shut down. The night staff was good but the morning desk lady did not look fit to be working in customer service."
