"Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work....

"THE CHECK IN: We arrived at the Breeze in the evening at approximately 7:00, expecting to find instructions for self-check in. There were none, and nothing on site to help us access our room, or even know which room. Having no recourse, here we were with reservations paid in full in the chill of night. Then we saw another guest and asked him about how to check in or if he knew who might help. He made several attempts and was finally able to contact the motel owner. Nearly 2 hours later,...

"Had some trouble with the payment for my reservation as I was driving down to stay. Host was most accommodating! Will be traveling to Deerfield Beach regularly for work and plan on making Elizabeth House my home away from home while I am teaching!"
