"It's really a rarity these days when you find somebody working a check-in of a hotel to go the extra mile for you. That happened for me yesterday and I want to tell you about it. When I checked into the Radisson hotel Detroit airport, it was early in the afternoon. My reservation wasn't quite there from orbits. However, the check-in person as well as the on duty manager took care of it to allow me to check in at a pretty early time and allow me to get on with my day"

"Room set up and equipment all you need"

"We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine...

"We were doing Halloween at greenfield village so this was a perfect place to rest our heads after. Fabulous location. Very clean and attentive staff. May just want to consider some additional luggage carts and warning people the fire doors do slam, so be considerate of other guests. "
