"They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. "The hotel covers a large area with individual chalets with their own outside seating area, and a large bar and restaurant area around the pool. Most of the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful."
