Beautiful but service bellow standard
The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout.

Would highly reccommend this hotel. Was very well pleased on arrival and during the stay. One minor negetive i would let others know about, is the level of service does decrease when VIP's or weddings party are in attendance. The staff do go out of their way to accomodate, but are stretched at times. ...
