Black Beach Suites

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect location and amazing views! The view from the room and patio is breathtaking! The room was well appointed with everything we needed. Loved the entry way with tons of storage and separated bathroom. Very conveniently located to Black Sands beach and puffin viewing. My only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable, fine for a short stay. The bar/lounge area in the main building was a great place to end the night."

"We only stayed here for one night unfortunately, would have loved to stay longer! The hotel is visible on the skyline from the road as a futuristic block, simultaneously blending in with the landscape and standing out as a beacon of human presence. It is an incredibly sleek, modern and cool design inside- as well as outside. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with views looking out over the ocean (unfortunatley there was still some construction ongoing when we were staying). Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for a while! We did not explore much of the surroundings as this was a pitstop for us on our way back to Reykjavik - highly recommend to relax and decompress after and before a long drive!"
