"The room was very clean,the staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was the same at about every hotel that has breakfast and casino was exciting, I like how its laid out"

"The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were empty. They are the large pump bottles and attached in the shower. I contacted the front desk and was told that it would be taken care of. It was not. I am handicapped and was told that I would have to park in the garage. Most hotels advise the guest at check in that a hold will be placed for incidentals. This hotel placed the hold but I was never verbally told that a hold was being placed nor the amount. I have stayed at this property since it opened many years ago but after this stay I think that I will not return. It is still nice but the customer service has degraded quite a bit."

"Front staff were amazing at check in but my room smelled like smoke and I could hear every noise above and around me. The breakfast was very minimal, but we took that into consideration when booking as the price was competitive. I didn’t feel like the higher rating on Hotels.com reflected our experience."
