"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"Very convenient location for what we needed (next to Due Drop). Restaurant downstairs which we dined at twice - good food, fair prices. And also located next to lone star and a few other shops. Easy to get to off motorway. "

"The staff ae very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a big rain storm that somehow leaked into my room from the walls and I found myself rearranging the furniture to stay dry at 1 a.m. LOL not the hotels fault but a bit of a shock. They were very good and offered me another room for tonight."

"It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. "

"Firstly I arrived at 2am after an exhausting 4 day transit and having lost my debit card en route, and was told that my room was only booked for the following day, which was incorrect. Then when I said, fine, do you have another room I can book now? They said yes, so I said, great, just change my booking. They said they could not and wanted my debit card, which I had already told them I had lost. They would not budge. I said please can we sort it out in the morning. No. FInally a guest...

"Great property near to shops restaurants, easy parking and very clean"

"The receptionist was amazing!! Room was very basic, there was tee, coffee etc but no milk. Basin was not attached to the vanity. The heat elements were taped so to not turn them on, we didn’t need to use it however. Good tjo for tie price but the reception last was top notch especially the (Indian and I’m not being racist) lady when we checked out!"
