"Sent around to back door because it was “closest to our room”. Door had sign that said lock was broken. We had to walk around to find a door that would work.
Furniture in room was shabby at best and broken at worst.
Staff at front desk was informative and helpful but inaware of the broken door. “I thought they fixed that.”"

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot.
